German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs (3 if small)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
4 c. thinly sliced apples
6 oz. cream cheese
3 Tbsp. soft oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
