Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce(At Nathan'S Stand) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburg
1/2 to 1 tsp. sweet paprika
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. powder cumin
salt to taste
Preparation

Put meat in pan, cover with water (on medium heat).
Bring to simmer mash with potato masher until very fine.
Add paprika, chili powder, cumin and salt.
Simmer 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
