Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 hot peppers
    7 onions
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    3 c. sugar
    12 sweet peppers
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 10 minutes; drain.
    Then heat liquid to a good, hard boil. Boil for 5 minutes.
    Pack in sterile jars.
