Strawberry Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix or an angel food cake, sliced in half
    vanilla pudding (enough for two layers in the bowl)
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries
    toasted almond slivers
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Put one layer of cake in the bottom of the bowl.
    Cover with vanilla pudding.
    Place strawberries on top with juice.
    Add a sprinkle of almonds.
    Follow with a second cake layer, pudding and strawberries.
    Top with whipped topping; decorate with strawberries and almonds.
