Broccoli Corn Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. melted butter, divided
    1 c. bread cubes
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of the butter and the bread crumbs.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Combine bread cubes and the remaining butter. Sprinkle over top of the casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
