Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. cranberries
2 (6 oz.) pkg. jello, cherry
6 c. water
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. English walnuts, chopped
1 orange (optional)
1 c. sugar (more or less)
Preparation

Grind cranberries; add sugar.
Let stand.
Prepare jello according to package directions, using only 6 cups water.
When partially set, add other ingredients.
If you like orange, grind a bit of rind with the orange and cranberries.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch dish or mold and let set until solid.
