Cheesy Veggie Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    frozen vegetables: 1 (16 oz.) pkg. each of carrots, broccoli and cauliflower
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Melt 1/2
    margarine and cheese until smooth.
    Thaw frozen vegetables and place in large casserole or baking pan.
    Pour cheese mixture over them.
    Melt 1/2 cup margarine and mix with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Sprinkle over top and bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
