Lemony Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 fish fillets (1 1/2 oz.)
    1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 c.)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Center each fillet on 12-inch squares of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika and salt.
    Add pepper and lemon juice.
    Fold foil over each fillet to make packet.
    Pleat seams to securely enclose. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 370\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
