Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cheese
    3 lb. ground beef
    8 to 10 medium onions
    3 pkg. tortillas (2 doz. in each pkg.)
    4 cans stewed tomatoes
    oil
    2 green peppers
    chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Chop onions and green peppers; saute in pot.
    Add all canned tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 1 tablespoon chili powder.
    Cook; simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
