Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash, mashed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 medium carrots, grated
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss together 1 package Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix and 1 stick melted margarine; reserve half of mixture.
    Line casserole with other half.
    Add squash mixture.
    Cover over with reserved stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
