Mississippi Potatoes(8 To 10 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. processed American cheese, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    4 to 6 slices bacon, fried
    1/2 c. olives (green or black)
Preparation
    Toss potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, diced cheese and onions.
    Place mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be made ahead and frozen.
