Snappy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. minced pimiento
    3 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Fluff in mixer. Fold in Cheddar cheese. Chill overnight. Mold into two small or one large ball. Roll in chopped pecans or bright green parsley flakes.
