Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter.
    Press in bottom of 9-inch spring pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 300\u00b0.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour over crumb mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour or until center is firm.
    Cool and refrigerate.
