Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. soft butter
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Blend cheese, butter and cayenne pepper thoroughly.
Add flour and mix until no flour shows.
Chill thoroughly.
Shape into balls 1-inch in diameter.
Bake at 450\u00b0 until puffed and brown.
May bake frozen.
