Cantonese Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in 1/2-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or more to taste
Preparation
    Brown pork in oil.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Place all ingredients into covered pot and cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over hot rice or noodles.
    Serves 4.
