Refrigerator Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large potatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. onion salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with salt; mash.
    Add cream cheese, onion salt, salt and pepper to taste and margarine.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Cool, cover and refrigerate.
    Keeps up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
