Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large pork chops
garlic seasoning
black pepper
salt
1 onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
4 sliced baking potatoes (leave skin on)
4 carrots
Preparation

Take Brown-in-Bag and shake flour in bag.
Place all meat, potatoes and carrots in bag.
Then take all seasonings and place on meat, potatoes and carrots.
Close bag; tie.
Slit 3 or 4 holes on top of bag.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
