Fresh Peach Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. fresh peaches, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl. Combine milk, egg and butter.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in peaches.
Spoon batter into greased muffin tin and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 25 minutes.
Makes 1 dozen.
