Stuffed Tomatoes With Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    2 lb. medium seasoned with pepper boiled shrimp
    1 bunch green onions, chopped or 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 medium or large tomatoes
    1 head lettuce
Preparation
    Chop eggs finely.
    Mix with onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
    Chop shrimp in large pieces and mix in.
    Place clean lettuce leaf on saucer.
    Place tomato, cut across 4 times, not all the way through.
    Open tomato and fill with mixture.
    Serves 4.
