Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 or 1 3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. red food coloring
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cream the sugar, milk, eggs and oil.
Blend dry ingredients into cream mixture.
Add vanilla, food coloring and vinegar. Grease and flour three 8-inch cake pans.
Cook for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
