Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. instant bouillon (2 cubes)
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in flour mixture.
    Brown chicken in skillet in margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Add remaining lemon juice.
    Pour into skillet. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
