Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
3 cans chicken broth
6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Combine onion and broth; bring to a boil.
Add potatoes and return to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer until potatoes are tender. Cut cheese into chunks and stir into potatoes.
When cheese melts, add flakes.
