Guacamole Rotel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with jalapenos, diced
    1/2 tsp. chili pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. guacamole
    1 1/2 c. milk
    jalapeno peppers, sliced (to garnish)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until done.
    Set aside.
    In medium saucepan, melt milk and cubed cheese together.
    Stir constantly.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Stir.
    Pour cheese mixture and beef into large Tupperware bowl.
    Add chili powder, sour cream and guacamole. Stir.
    Garnish with jalapenos.
