Tomato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. tomatoes (canned or frozen)
    1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 stick margarine
    4 to 6 slices bread
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes until boiling.
    Add sugar and margarine.
    Heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Tear bread into pieces and add to mixture.
    Mix well.
    Cook in greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
