Mashed Potato Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 pkg. biscuit mix
1 pkg. instant mashed potatoes
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla together (use electric mixer).
Then add biscuit mix and instant potatoes.
Bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0, depending on your oven, for 8 to 10 minutes, or until light brown.
