Company Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
5 c. cooked macaroni
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
-
Brown meat.
Add tomatoes, onions, green pepper, salt, pepper, steak sauce and ketchup.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Cook macaroni as usual, then put into casserole dish.
Add mushroom soup and meat mixture to macaroni; mix together.
Put grated cheese on top.
Cook approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
