Governor'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. frozen cauliflower
20 oz. frozen broccoli flowerets
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 c. chopped ham
3 c. fresh bread cubes, tossed with 4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Cook cauliflower and broccoli until slightly underdone. Drain.
Place in 4-quart casserole and sprinkle with chopped ham.
