Alison'S Ham, Raisins And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Rotini noodles, cooked as directed
    1 pound ham cut into 1/2x2 inch slivers
    1 cup golden raisins
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup butter
    2/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Saute ham, garlic, olive oil and butter for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add the raisins, walnuts and parsley. Saute for another 3 minutes and then toss with drained pasta. Makes 6 servings.
