Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can creamed corn
    1 c. chopped onion, hot pepper and sweet pepper, mixed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
