Goldenrod Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green beans
    2 tsp. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Chop egg whites.
    Mash the egg yolks.
    Heat the beans.
    Make a cream sauce of butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk.
    Remove from heat, stir in mayonnaise and egg whites.
    Drain the beans, cover with sauce.
    Garnish with mashed egg yolks.
    Serves 4.
