Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crushed graham crackers
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    3 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. + 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter.
    Sprinkle on bottom of greased 9-inch spring-form pan. Cook and stir contents of vanilla pudding
    with 1/2 cup sugar and milk.
    Bring to full boil.
    Remove from heat and cover.
    Beat cream cheese; beat in egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pudding. Beat 3 egg whites to peaks; fold into cheese mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until set in center.
    Cool.
