Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 vanilla wafer or graham crumb crust
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. fresh lime juice or bottled lime juice
    whipped topping or whipped cream
    1 drop green food coloring
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and green food coloring, if desired.
    Pour into prepared crust.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
    Top with whipped topping.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
