Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. sour cream
1 small block Cheddar cheese, grated
1 bag egg noodles
16 oz. tomato sauce
Preparation

Brown ground beef; drain.
Stir in garlic, oregano and tomato sauce.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer sauce while cooking egg noodles according to package instructions.
When noodles are done, drain and stir in sour cream.
In greased baking dish, layer noodle mixture, sauce and cheese until dish is full.
End with layer of cheese on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly.
