Cocktail Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. ketchup
3 Tbsp. chili sauce
2 Tbsp. horseradish
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small head cabbage
2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped or 1 1/4 c. tomato sauce + 1 1/2 c. water
1 small onion
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
Preparation

Chop cabbage coarsely.
Place in bottom of greased casserole (1 1/2-quart or 9 x 13-inch oblong pan).
Brown meat with onion. Pour off fat.
Stir in rice.
Place meat mixture on top of cabbage.
Mix tomato, water, Worcestershire and seasonings, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over ingredients to cover.
Cover dish and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
