Chicken-Asparagus Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips
    8 green onions, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
    1 lb. asparagus, partially cooked, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. each cornstarch, dry sherry, soy sauce
    1/2 c. regular strength chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    In small bowl, combine cornstarch, sherry, soy sauce, and broth.
    Set aside.
    Heat oil.
    Add garlic and chicken.
    Cook for 1 minute.
    Lift and set aside.
    Add mushrooms, onions, and asparagus and stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add chicken, garlic mixture, and broth mixture.
    Cook until broth thickens.
    Serve over rice.
