Best Ever Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. beef (use a cheap cut)
    1 envelope mushroom gravy
    2 cans mushrooms and liquid
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix gravy, mushrooms, dressing, soup mix, salt and pepper. Pour over meat.
    Cover and bake 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice meat, then put back in gravy, cover and reheat for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
