Crunchy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 oz.) pkg. onion gravy mix
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. rice, uncooked
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Place as many pork chops as you want in a baking dish in a single layer.
    Put brown sugar on them thickly, then pour chili sauce over the top to cover and salt and pepper as desired.
    Place two slices of lemon on each pork chop. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour or until tender.
    Most everybody will want seconds!
