Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. cake flour
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. candied pineapple (2 c.)
1 lb. candied cherries (2 c.)
4 c. nuts, cut up
2 Tbsp. lemon flavor
2 Tbsp. vanilla flavor
Preparation

Dredge the nuts and fruit with all the flour and baking powder.
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add dredged fruit, nuts and flavoring.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
