Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can French-style cut green beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
1 stick oleo
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Melt oleo and add half with all other ingredients except Ritz crackers.
Put in 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
Mix crumbled crackers with other half of melted oleo and put on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes.
Don't cover casserole for 25 minutes, then lay a piece of foil over top.
