Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. pumpkin
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin in a bowl.
Sift dry ingredients and add to bowl.
Mix in 2/3 cup water.
Fill soup can 2/3 full for individual loaves or 9 x 5-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
