Quick Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. dry onion soup
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine meat,
cheese,\tsoup
mix,
salt, nutmeg, bread crumbs and 1/2
cup
milk.
Shape\tinto
about 40 small balls. Brown lightly in\tskillet.
Cover
and
cook 20 to 25 minutes. Blend in flour into 2
cups\tmilk and 1/2 cup of the grease to make gravy.
