Quicke Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
dash of pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced pepperoni
3 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained (small can)
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and pepper in blender for 15 seconds.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
In small skillet, cook pepperoni, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter until tender.
Stir in oregano.
Add pepperoni mixture into pan (with biscuit mixture) and then add 1 cup of Mozzarella to mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of Mozzarella onto top of quiche and bake for 2 minutes longer.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
