Veggie Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bag mixed vegetables
1 can cheese soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 can milk
salt and pepper
12 oz. bag cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (1/2 bag of cheese in and save 1/2 for top).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
