Mom'S Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. chili sauce
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. black pepper
dash of salt
1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean chipped ham or boiled ham
Preparation

Melt margarine and saute onion until browned.
Add all the other ingredients and simmer for about 20 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in the ham and heat through.
Serve on toasted buns.
