Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pint cornmeal
1 T butter
1/4 c sugar
Dash salt
1 pt boiling milk
3 eggs
Vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs and cornmeal together add melted butter and milk. Beat well.
Add salt, and flavoring, mix well.
Last add whites of eggs, that have been beaten to a stiff mixture.
Drop into boiling shortening by spoonful and fry to golden brown.
