Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 dry yeast cake (2 Tbsp. level)
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. mashed potato
    6 to 7 c. flour (bread flour works best)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Add sugar, oil and eggs.
    Beat well. Gradually add flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead lightly.
    Put into greased bowl, cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
    Use as needed.
    Knead daily until used up.
