Mock Whipped Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook flour and milk until thick.
    Refrigerate for an hour or two.
    Beat together the butter and sugar for 4 minutes.
    Add milk and flour mixture.
    Beat for 4 minutes.
    Add vanilla and mix well.
    Spread on cake or cupcakes. Keep refrigerated.
