Lemon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can 12 oz. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    Juice and zest of 1 lemon
    vanilla wafer crumbs, optional
Preparation
    Chill milk in small mixing bowl in freezer until crystals form around edges. Beat milk until thick. Add sugar in slowly, beating constantly. Add lemon juice and zest.
