Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and chunked
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    1 bag taco chips
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, place 1/2 bag of taco chips in a layer.
    Put a layer of chunked chicken over chips.
    In a saucepan, melt the cheese, then add the soup, onion and Ro-Tel tomatoes. When mixture is done and mixed well, pour over taco chips and chunked chicken.
    Sprinkle taco chips over top.
    Bake until heated throughout at 350\u00b0.
