Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
    1 1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    2 (7 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake in 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and strips of pimento.
    Serve warm with Doritos.
